The lacing cord has no give (no stretch) and is tightly woven to take a lot of strain without breakage.

*5 metres of cord will lace a corset with 20 eyelets, allowing sufficient tying loops at the waist, and up to 8″ gap when untied and loosened completely – This usually allows enough room to take a well fitted corset on/off without un-lacing it.
Additional length may be needed for a corset with 20+ eyelets.
