Flat polyester woven laces.
The lacing cord has no give (stretch) and is tightly woven to take a lot of strain without breakage.

*5 metres of cord will lace a corset with 20 grommets, with tying loops at the waist, and allow for up to 8″ gap when untied and loosened completely. This allows enough room to take the corset on and off with ease, without unlacing.
Add an extra half a metre for each additional pair of grommets.
