Tailor’s awl with wooden handle.
Used in corset making to separate fabric threads when inserting the studs on a busk, and for poking fabric out of punched holes and/or widening the holes for the eyelets.
Use in bag making to make holes for rivets and eyelets, creating notches in straps, particularly leather and PVC.
